Note: Any student not complying with these requirements may forfeit their place with the school.

Please bring with you:

Ÿ
A drink (bottled water is on sale if you forget)
Ÿ
Food/snacks for eating during the break
Ÿ
A notebook and pen (note taking is highly recommended)
Ÿ
Comfortable clothes, such as sports wear (note: training at our facility is either barefoot or in socks to protect the matted area)
Ÿ
The desire to learn!

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the course to allow time for registration.
